What We Do
Bomb G designs and prints T-Shirts using the latest direct to garment printing and screen printing technologies.
We offer a custom T-Shirt printing service, ideal for military tours, exercises, stag and hen nights, clubs and pubs promotions.

DTG (Direct to Garment) is a relatively new fabric printing method that prints an image or text directly onto garments.

The process involves using a DTG printer to print the specially formulated ink directly onto a cotton garment and curing the ink with a heat press. There is very little set-up time, which usually involves little more than sizing the image correctly in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator then sending the image to the DTG print software.

The printer uses a four colour ink head (CMYK) so offers more flexibility than screen-printing in terms of colour variation.

We always provide samples and proofs to make sure you the customer is 100% satisfied with the design and layout before we proceed with the print run.

There are no minimum print requirements; we can print from 1 to 1000 and have a sliding price scale so the more you order the cheaper the price for each garment.

Image Requirements
Full colour TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PSD or AI file with a minimum resolution of 300DPI (Dots per Inch) Images taken from the internet are not of a high enough resolution to print.
Don’t worry if you don’t have an image to print we can help or supply the artwork for a small charge.

T-Shirts
We only use Gildan Ultra Cotton Pre Shrunk T-Shirts because Gildan does not use sweatshops, child labour or forced labour in their facilities.
All Gildan facilities (and contractors) adhere to their strict internal code of conduct, codes of WRAP, local and international laws and the FLA. Also the T-Shirts are bloody good quality.

DTG Inks
Our inks are environment-friendly NON solvent water-based pigment inks and are specially formulated to offer greater vibrancy and wash resistance to garments of all colours. Not all garments are printed using DTG inks.
